Pros

The seafront location offers direct views of Hastings Pier and the English Channel.

A 24-hour reception and room service provide convenience for guests.

The café-bar serves locally sourced food, including Sussex wines and ales.

Dog-friendly amenities include water bowls and treats.

Multiple meeting and event spaces cater to business and social gatherings.

Cons

Access to the hotel requires navigating steps.

The private car park has limited space (16 spots) and operates on a first-come basis.

“The location stands out, right on the beach and near the pier, a prime spot for exploring. I noticed the staff consistently earn praise for warmth and helpfulness, particularly for guests needing extra assistance. From what I gather, it's a relaxed place where they welcome dogs and serve a decent steak and ale pie.”
